sorry to hear u have RA , how long have u had it ? i also have osteoarthritis in bottom of my back and gout in the 4 years i have had the RA have not been pain free , so good wen we have support at home , wen u say direct payment wat do u mean ? .

i have a rheumatology nurse dont get to see her very often tho but she is on the verge of changin my medication , she is goin to try me on humira with methotrexate , i am bit worried bout goin on the humira have heard so many bad things bout it but since been on here have heard good bout it .

i have never heard bout spoon theory dont know wat it is but just goin to look into it , thank you so much for your advice look forward to hearin from u again .

I have a rheumatology nurse she is on the verge of changing my medication , She is goin to try me on humira and methotrexate i was bit worried bout takin the humira heard so many bad things bout it but must say since bein a member on here dont feel so worried bout it .

Have just looked spoon theory up thats such a good way to make people understand RA ,
